Dionne used layers of mark making and imagery to capture the passing of time, memories, space and the presence of company and nature. she wanted to encapsulate the feeling of looking out and over - observing the past and the present. Michael's piece inspired so much visual imagery for Dionne ans she hopes she has captured that through this layered response.
