Inclusive Intergenerational Dance
Creative Seated and Standing Dance
Weekly Creative Seated and Standing Dance classes are suitable for older adults, the frail elderly, people with Dementia and Parkinson's and their carers. Participants are welcome to remain in wheelchairs if preferred. Please contact to discuss which class would be best for you.
